There is a lot of foot traffic in the Historic District.” The central staircase is on the left, with the kitchen in the back and double front parlors for separate living and dining spaces, she said. It has an office, a dressing room with built-ins, a laundry area and a private deck on the back of the house, Donegan said. The fourth level has a large storage closet and two bedrooms, one of which doubles as a study. “Everything has been impeccably restored, with new systems and a new roof,” she said. Stats  The 5,584-square-foot house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. It sits on a 0.069-acre lot. Amenities

 The home has a prime location on Monterey Square, which is close to the Design District and Bull Street, a main thoroughfare in the Historic District, Donegan said. “Monterey is the most prestigious square to live on and the closest one to Forsyth Park, which is our Central Park,” she said.
