While A has no outdoor space, all four bedrooms overlook Chippewa Square. Unit B has a covered porch. “What’s notable about these units is that there is tons of storage,” Donnegan said. It’s five minutes to the river and five minutes to Forsyth Park.” “You’re very close to the Savannah Theatre, and the Perry Lane Hotel is around the corner,” she said. Chippewa Square is a “very, very vibrant and active square.” The opening scene in “Forrest Gump,” where Tom Hanks is sitting on a park bench, was famously filmed in the square.
