Staci Donegan sold $67.43 million in real estate in 2022 and was ranked by the Savannah Multi-list Corporation (MLS) as the #1 individual full-service residential agent for the Savannah MLS region.

Staci Donegan, an award-winning Associate Broker at Seabolt Real Estate in Savannah, Ga., sold $67.43 million in real estate in 2022 and was ranked by the Savannah Multi-list Corporation (MLS) as the #1 individual full-service residential agent for the Savannah MLS region, which includes Chatham, Bryan and Effingham County. She also earned the distinction of being the 2022 Seabolt Real Estate Agent of the Year, the overall #1 agent in Chatham County and the overall #1 agent in downtown Savannah.

In 2022, Donegan closed on 54 transactions, including listing and selling a number of noteworthy historic homes. She represented the buyer and seller in the highest residential sale in the Savannah MLS for 2022 and represented the seller in the all-time highest residential sale on record in Savannah’s Victorian District. In addition, she negotiated the highest price per square foot for a residential transaction in the Savannah MLS in 2022. Donegan also brought national attention to the Savannah area when her listing for a historic home at 112 W. Gaston Street was named the winner of the β€œDowntown Dwellings” category of the prestigious 2022 HGTV Ultimate House Hunt.

Earlier in her career, Donegan worked in accounting, finance and account management at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta and served as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She also served as a controller for the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and as chief of staff in the college’s Office of the President. She attended Clemson University and the University of Delaware and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Active in the community, Donegan currently serves on the board of directors for the Savannah Philharmonic and the Downtown Neighborhood Association. She is the chair of the Downtown Neighborhood Association’s Public Safety Committee, the treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah.
