Staci Donegan, an award-winning Associate Broker at Seabolt Real Estate in Savannah, Ga., sold $40,287,615 in residential real estate in 2020 and is ranked by the Savannah Multi-list Corporation (MLS) as the top individual full-service agent for the Savannah MLS region, which covers Chatham, Bryan and Effingham County. Donegan eclipsed her previous record of $27 million in annual sales in 2019 and has consistently surpassed the $25 million mark for the past four years.
“A growing number of professionals from New York to California decided to relocate to Savannah in 2020 due to the pandemic,” said Donegan. “Many of these buyers can work from anywhere in the country. They were attracted to Savannah’s incredible quality of life, temperate weather, historic architecture, coastal lifestyle and impressive real estate selection.”
Last year, Donegan sold more than $38 million in residential property at Seabolt Real Estate, plus an additional $1.475 million at a previous brokerage firm. In 2020, she also secured the highest residential sale price Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District for the past three years for 20 W. Jones Street, representing both the buyer and the seller in this record $4.25 million transaction.
A two-time member of the invitational Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle, Donegan is known for her in-depth market knowledge, uncompromising integrity, data-driven market analysis and strong negotiation skills. A former financial and business consultant, she brings a business-oriented approach to real estate and leads a team of public relations, marketing and social media experts.
Donegan combines her knowledge of the Savannah area with her background in business and accounting to deliver a highly professional experience for buyers and sellers. She also understands the value of marketing and public relations, securing national exposure for her real estate listings in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global and other major media outlets in 2020.
Earlier in her career, Donegan worked in accounting, finance and account management at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta and served as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She also worked as a controller for the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and served as chief of staff in the college’s Office of the President. She attended Clemson University and the University of Delaware and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Donegan currently serves on the board of directors for the Savannah Multi-list Corporation and the Savannah Philharmonic. She previously held positions on the board of directors for the Downtown Neighborhood Association as well as the Savannah Film Commission. Active in the community, she is the treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah.
