According to Savannah Multi-list Corporation (MLS) data, Staci stood apart as the #1 individual luxury residential agent in Chatham County for the fourth consecutive year in 2023, representing buyers and sellers in a number of landmark transactions. In January, Seabolt Real Estate honored Staci as a 2023 Top Producer, plus she was inducted into the invitational Christie’s Masters Circle for the fifth consecutive year.
Here are a few of Staci’s sales highlights for 2023:
- Represented the sellers in the two top residential sales in Ardsley Park history (5 Entelman Place and 2801 Atlantic Avenue).
- Represented the seller in the highest residential sale for 2023 at The Landings (3 Landbridge Lane).
- Secured an all-time record price per square foot for a home in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District (18 West Taylor Street).
In addition, Staci was quoted in Travel + Leisure, discussing why Savannah is such a great place to call home. Her luxury listings were featured in top national media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Captivating Houses, Realtor.com and Luxury Defined. Her article about the top five residential sales in Chatham County for 2023 was featured on the front page of the Savannah Morning News, plus she appeared on WTOC-TV and WSAV-TV, discussing local residential real estate trends and notable luxury listings throughout the year.
Staci combines her knowledge of the Savannah area with her background in business and accounting to deliver a highly professional experience. Her dedication to clients has set her apart as one of the top-producing residential real estate professionals in the Savannah market. Active in the community, Staci currently serves on the board of directors for the Savannah Philharmonic and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah. She previously served as a board member and Public Safety Committee Chair for the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Savannah and as treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah.
