Staci Donegan, an award-winning Associate Broker at Seabolt Real Estate in Savannah, Ga., sold a record $97,341,630 in residential real estate in 2021 and is ranked by the Savannah Multi-list Corporation (MLS) as the #1 individual full-service agent for the Savannah MLS region – which includes Chatham, Bryan and Effingham County. She also earned the distinction of being the overall #1 agent in Chatham County and the overall #1 agent in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District for 2021.

Staci more than doubled her previous annual sales record of $40 million in 2020 and has consistently surpassed the $25 million mark for the past five years.

β€œThere’s no question that 2021 was an incredibly active year for residential real estate in Chatham County and particularly in Savannah,” said Staci Donegan. β€œLow interest rates and pandemic-related relocations resulted in record sales volume in Savannah in 2021. The Hostess City continues to attract a growing number of newcomers with its incredible coastal lifestyle, historic charm and vibrant sense of community.”

In 2021, Staci closed on 79 transactions, including listing and selling a number of noteworthy historic homes. Donegan began the year by representing the buyers and sellers of the iconic Mills B. Lane House at 26 E. Gaston Street in Savannah, Ga. and welcoming the fourth owner in the home’s 113-year history. In May, Staci represented the buyers and sellers in the notable sale of the Wedding Cake Mansion, an 1869 Second Empire Baroque treasure located at 14 E. Taylor Street on Monterey Square. Additional 2021 historic home sales include the Israel Dasher House at 124 W. Gaston Street in March 2021 and the Jesse Mount House at 209 W. Jones Street in September 2021.

Staci also brought national attention to the Savannah area when her listing for the 1879 Queen Anne Victorian-style Chesnutt House, located at 701 Whitaker St., was named the winner of the β€œHomes with a History” category of the prestigious 2021 HGTV Ultimate House Hunt. A total of five Seabolt Real Estate listings were selected as finalists in the 2021 competition, including four listings by Staci.
